Emirates NBD was facing a talent recruitment challenge. They were receiving a high volume of applications from candidates who were not suitable for certain positions, causing process delays and inefficiencies. To overcome this obstacle, we worked together on a creative solution that could attract the right talent for specific job openings.
Dynamic infographic videos, animated ads, and a gamified recruitment process
Our approach to a Lead Acquisition campaign involved the use of dynamic infographic videos, animated ads, and a gamified recruitment process to target the desired candidates while filtering out unsuitable ones. We developed a series of descriptive videos showcasing the responsibilities and opportunities associated with various job roles at the bank.
As part of the candidate journey, we introduced a gamified pre-screening quiz.
This quiz not only assessed applicants' skills and experiences but also added an element of interactivity and engagement to the recruitment process with a clever use of color within an intuitive interface.
Emirates NBD witnessed a significant increase in applications for their job openings, and the overall quality of applications improved. By gamifying recruitment, we streamlined the process and created a more efficient and effective method of identifying candidates.
